The association committed to championing women to impact the direction of the construction industry. NAWIC provides education, community and advocacy for women.
Our monthly meetings, Lunch & Connect and several advertised events are open to anyone in the industry. Our current member organizations represent various sectors of the construction industry making our organization the right fit for any woman seeking to advance her career.
Becoming a member provides multiple networking opportunities, including learning important leadership skills offered through our chapter training sessions and those provided at the regional / national level. Each member also has access to all 5000+ members nation wide. No matter where she travels, if Birmingham is her home base, she can be actively involved locally and attend any chapter meeting/event happening during her travels.
